Wanted to emphasis your first point. Finding a mentor (or mentors) in your twenties is vastly underrated. Strange considering the mentor mentee relationship has existed since the beginning of time.

Another mistake we make is selecting mentors just like us. Ok? Where will that get you? We will learn faster and gain a new perspective if we choose mentors who are different from us. Maybe that's a 20 year old selecting a 70 year old mentor or vis versa. the point is, matching with a person with a POV different from yours.

that's how you grow, that's how you remain a student.
